Questions / Answers

The common ones.

  • Can I switch plans later?

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep the features you've already paid for.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Not currently. The Starter plan is the lowest-friction entry point at $29/mo and includes the booking + press kit core. If you want to evaluate Pro or Studio capabilities before committing, email hello@audioloungela.com and we'll set up a sandbox.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Cancel any time from your account. You keep your data and can re-subscribe later. Studio bookings already on the calendar are honored regardless of subscription status, we don't hold sessions hostage.

  • Are there any hidden fees or overage charges?

    No. The monthly price is the price. Studio room time is billed separately at the rates listed on each room's page, that's a la carte and unrelated to the platform plan. Pro and Studio include unlimited AI agent calls within fair-use limits.

  • What integrations are included?

    Pro connects Spotify for streaming sync and the AI agent (33 tools across financial, content, growth, and on-call workflows). Studio adds QuickBooks Online auto-sync for invoicing, a Stripe-gated lender portal, and SOC 2 audit export. Starter focuses on the room and the press kit.

  • Do you offer a custom plan for large rosters or labels?

    Yes. If you're managing 25+ artists, need a private deployment, or want a custom integration (publisher, distributor, label accounting), email hello@audioloungela.com and we'll quote the engagement.

  • How is this different from your fan loyalty memberships?

    Platform plans (Starter / Pro / Studio) are for artists, managers, and labels who use Audio Lounge as their operating system. Loyalty memberships (Bronze / Silver / Gold) are for fans who want point multipliers and rewards on bookings they make at our studios. Two different audiences.   • What's the Artist Package?

    A full-service tier for working artists who want hands-on coordination from the Audio Lounge team, booking, press kit, streaming setup, ongoing ops. It's by application; reach out to hello@audioloungela.com to start.

  • Is my data safe? What about SOC 2?

    SOC 2 logging is on by default for every plan. Studio plan exposes the audit-trail export so you can hand a binder to your bank or auditor. We don't sell, share, or train on your financial data.
